I tattooed my guitar
This is my guitar. It is purple. I got it in exchange of a painting. I decided to tattoo its beautiful body with gold motives. La guitarra tatuada!

Father and Daughter... from space!
Well, considering that I haven't been posting work as of late, I think you should know the reason. I have been commissioned work quite a lot. This is a commissioned portrait of a father and daughter. They wanted to see their 'relationship' in the style of one of my previous work Ecce Homo. And yes, they did want the people to be yellow.
This specific piece was really hard to do as all my previous commissioned work was 'free' as in, I could do whatever I wanted but this one had restrictions and was a portrait!!! anyway, here it is.
PS: I with I had a better picture...

The Illusions
This is a painting partly inspired partly in the Universe, partly on an atom and partly on what I imagine illusions may look like.
Its very hard to photograph so I did various takes and liked the effect. Here is a close up:
Materials: acrylics and modelling clay.

Theater Backdrop!
As an experiment, I decided to make my own backdrop, for performing or for buskers or anything, even for a wall in someone's house!
This is a picture taken in the process of dying the sheet.
Ta-da! The magnificent end product. The quote reads: "All Prejudices Must Fall From You". And so they should.
Ece Homo
A painting inspired in Nietzsche's book Ecce Homo. This was commissioned and sold. The picture is not great quality unfortunately. All acrylics.

Good Idea
This acrylic painting started as a self portrait but unfortunately it looks more like someone else. Either way, the painting is called good idea because this is what it looks like when you have one!

Various Wild Beautiful Birds
This painting took me ages to complete, I usually make them on one go but this one had a gap of almost 6 months to be finished. Wild birds finally decided to fly.
I recommend this bird song as well: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ae0nwSv6cTU&list=PL65B06EC35EB2BCD5&index=4&feature=plpp_video

You are an angel.

Remember, remember when I told you that you are a unique, individual expression of infinite consciousness and that you are my angel. A creator. and that the Universe is made of specks of energy... remember I told you that, she knowingly said as she laid, motionless and uninvited on the floor.

The Bride

This is a painting I actually did a couple of months ago but forgot to post, I feel its a good remainder, now at the beginning of the year, that I can actually finish projects.
The picture is of my friends from my old job, Fahmida, in her wedding day with henna hands done. I wanted to learn how to paint humans and intricate patterns. I personally find the picture perfect and her beautiful and I really wanted to paint it, so I did.
